Mr. M Sudharshan Reddy, the esteemed Chairman and founding member of Sree Krishna Educational Society, Miryalaguda, has been an inspirational figure in the community since 1987. He began his journey in Miryalaguda by venturing into the automobile business, building upon his agricultural upbringing. A post-graduate, he immersed himself in the automobile sector with a vision for progress.
Driven by an innate desire to enhance education in his hometown, Mr. Reddy delved into the world of Montessori pedagogy after witnessing its positive impact on his own children. A Firm believer in Montessori’s child-centric and holistic approach to child development, he wholeheartedly embraced these principles. This commitment materialized in the establishment of Samskruthi, a school in Miryalaguda that commenced with Montessori as it’s foundation, gaining widespread acceptance in the local rural community.
As an ICSE & ISC alumni, Mr. Reddy brings a wealth of educational insight to the school, ensuring a robust foundation. Beyond education, he is actively engaged in both the automobile business and agriculture. An avid reader and nature enthusiast, Mr. Reddy actively participates in various environment-friendly activities and programs, embodying a holistic approach to life.
Ms. M Lakshmi Reddy, our visionary Founder & Director, traces her Montessori journey back to childhood, ignited by a friend’s impressive reading skills. With a degree in Home Science, she officially entered the Montessori world through the AMI Primary Course in 1993. In 2006, with unwavering support from her husband, she founded ‘Samskruthi MHOC’ in Miryalaguda, a rural town in Telangana. Her tireless efforts seek to extend the transformative power of Montessori education across the diverse society. In 2015, she founded a second school, Prakruthi Montessori House of Children, in Kondapur, Hyderabad.
Her latest endeavour includes an AMI Adolescent Montessori Diploma, reflects her unyielding commitment to guide and nurture children through each developmental plane. For her, the joy of witnessing children learn and grow remains the driving force, making her an inspiring guide for the Montessori community.
Ms. Usha Gupta, a seasoned education expert and entrepreneur, brings a wealth of experience across diverse educational realms. From a Montessori guide in Roots Montessori to leading the Montessori department and pre-primary section at a prestigious Hyderabad school, she has held leadership roles in Early Childhood Development, Montessori Philosophy, and IB PYP Pedagogy.
With over 22 years in education and teacher training, Ms. Usha’s journey includes designing curriculum/content for Pre-Primary, crafting Integrated Curriculum Textbooks for Grade 1 and 2, and conducting school audits. Committed to staying abreast of evolving educational norms, she holds various diplomas and certificates, including an International Diploma in Montessori Teaching (AMI), IB-PYP methodology, IEYC Pedagogy, Jolly Phonics, and Coaching for School Success by The Teacher Foundation.
Ms. Usha’s philosophy centers on nurturing each child’s potential, akin to a tiny seed growing into a mighty tree with proper care. She advocates for inclusive education, emphasizing partnerships with parents for holistic child development. Viewing teachers as facilitators, she believes in creating environments that fuel a child’s curiosity, transforming them into inquirers, explorers, and lifelong learners. Ms. Usha embraces Dr. Maria Montessori’s wisdom: “With freedom comes responsibility!”—a guiding principle in her educational journey.
Ms. Divya Reddy, a Biomedical Engineering graduate with an MBA, brings a wealth of experience from her managerial role at an MNC. Inspired by a passion for teaching, she successfully completed the internationally recognized AMI Primary diploma. Over the past decade, she has been working with children aged 2.5 to 6 years in the primary environment at Prakruthi Montessori house of children.
As a mother to an adult, Divya draws on life experiences that have imparted valuable lessons. Aligned with Dr. Maria Montessori’s philosophy, she strongly believes in a holistic approach to education. Divya finds profound humility in being part of each child’s unique journey toward adulthood.
Her distinctive blend of professional proficiency, managerial skills, and a nurturing AMI-trained approach guides Divya in consistently bringing a diverse skill set to the classroom. With a focus on creative learning methods, she ensures a well-rounded and enriching experience for young learners, fostering emotional, physical, and intellectual well-being.
Ms. Prameela’s journey began in 2014 when her children’s well-being motivated her to pursue Montessori primary training. She comes with a Master of Computer Application and has spent the initial years of her teaching journey in a primary environment where the Montessori methodology, with its child-centered approach, became a profound source of inspiration for her. This experience sparked a passion that led to furthering her learning with elementary training under AMI elementary program trainer Mr. Greg. Since then, she has been associated with the children between the age group of 6 to 12 years. Throughout her journey as an educator, a deep study of child psychology has enhanced her understanding of the second plane children and their developmental needs. She has applied the understanding of Montessori pedagogy with her own children, fostering their independence within their home environment. A strong believer of Montessori Pedagogy, she embraces challenges positively and works through them with an open mind and heart.
Debasish, our Erdkinder Program Consultant, brings close to two decades of corporate experience, working with multinational companies in India and abroad. Born into a family of educators, he had an innate desire to explore the world of education. As a Montessori parent, he firmly believes in the transformative power of Montessori pedagogy, recognizing its role in building a strong educational foundation and shaping the child’s personality at every developmental stage.
Alongside his IT career, he devoted time to understanding Montessori through various orientation programs conducted by AMI and holds a storytelling certificate from Kathalaya. Motivated by a desire to understand his soon-to-be-adolescent son better, Debasish enrolled in the Montessori Adolescent diploma program, marking a pivotal moment in his educational journey. An avid nature lover, photographer, amateur potter, and reader, he also delights in sharing the joy of reading with children.
Debasish’s vision extends beyond the classroom; he aspires to bring about a reform in our traditional education system through the Montessori approach, contributing to a more holistic and child-centric learning environment.
Mr. John, our administrative spearhead at Prakrurthi, holds a BSc in Computer Science from IIMC, Hyderabad. With early experience in retail, he transitioned to education and administration, driven by his keen interest to understand child development and a passion for technology. He manages admission, coordination, finances, transportation, IT, and office tasks. His dynamic role ensures the smooth operation of Prakrurthi. His unique blend of tech expertise and retail experience brings a special touch to the school administrative functions, reflecting his commitment the school’s mission.
